You are sitting on the bus on your way to your current job while reading the newspaper.... and surprisingly in an odd act of serendipity you see an Amazon job advert to work in the Business Intelligence Departament: https://www.amazon.jobs/es/job_categories/business-intelligence and that is your dream job!
Your interview must contain three parts:
1. An application: write your cv using the Europass curriculum vitae version. Do it online in this link https://europass.cedefop.europa.eu/editors/en/cv/compose and send it to me by email.
2. Phone interview: imagine you pass the first stage of the interview. And you receive a phone call about steps to follow for the in-person interview. Remember to emphasise your interest in the job.
3. In-person interview: create a dialogue between the interviewer and interviewee. Remember to carry a copy of your cv for the interview.
Vocabulary and grammar: you should put in practise the vocabulary learnt during the unit, you can use among other past, present and conditional tenses.
During the next lessons in class: you will have to create a poster providing tips to succeed in the interview and make the dialogue that will be used in the proyect.
Finally create a video in which the three mentioned parts appeared, recorded and hand it in.
Time of the video: up to 4 minutes.
FOR THE TEACHER: do not forget to give to the teacher the written dialogue in class by handwriting, the Europass cv and the video in a memory stick or send it by email to belinaves@gmail.com
TIPS: Remember to create a dialogue and practise before recording your video. Practise in class and ask the teacher for help if necessary.
